Booking Conditions

RESERVATION

All bookings must be made by e-mail. A written confirmation by the team of CHARMING TRULLI will be forthcoming within 48 hours.

 

PAYMENT

CHARMING TRULLI will confirm your booking request after having received the 50% of the total cost of the trip. The balance 50% is due at check-in.

The payment can be done:

  • via bank transfer: ALL BANK FEES must be paid by the client (NO shared fees);
  • with credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).

The bank swift must be sent via e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@charmingtrulli.com

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The partial or global cancellation must be made by e-mail.

 

CANCELLATION FEES:

  • Until 30 days prior to the arrival: NO fees.
  • 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival: 50 % of the cost is non-refundable.
  • 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 75% of land cost is non-refundable.
  • 6 to 0 days prior to the arrival: 100% non-refundable.
 

In case of reimbursement, CHARMING TOURS will refund the total amount to the client (or part of it as mentioned above) detracting the bank fees.
